Order Processing Times
Due to high demand, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated Shipping Times
We currently offer worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery times are:

ViceAura™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistical circumstances once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.
ViceAura™ is not responsible for:

orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

failed deliveries caused by customer address errors

packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information
If your package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
