30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Certain promotional or discounted items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your approved return has been processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Additional Information

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit.

ViceAura™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
